วันที่ 8 กุมภาพันธ์ 2555 สมาชิกของสมาคมผู้เก็บกู้ทุ่นระเบิดพลเรือนไทยได้เข้าแสดงความยินดีกับ พลเอก ธำรงศักดิ์ ดีมงคล (ประธานคณะผู้บริหารสมาคมฯ) ในโอกาสที่ได้รับพระราชทานแต่งตั้งให้เป็นพลเอก และยังได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นที่ปรึกษาปลัดกระทรวงกลาโหม พลเอกธำรงศักดิ์เป็นผู้มีประสบการณ์ และความรู้ด้านปฏิบัติการทุ่นระเบิดด้านมนุษยธรรมเป็นอย่างมาก สมาคมฯ ยินดีมากที่ท่านเข้ามาช่วยเหลือในทุกๆ ด้าน
นอกจากนี้ วันที่ 26 มกราคม 2555 ที่ผ่านมา ผู้แทนสมาคมนำโดย พ.อ. ณรงฤทธิ สุวรรณบุบผา ยังได้นำคณะไปเยี่ยมกองกำลังสุรนารี ที่ จ.สุรินทร์ เพื่อขอความร่วมมือสนับสนุน

สมาชิกของสมาคมผู้เก็บกู้ทุ่นระเบิดพลเรือนไทย (ในรูป นายอมรชัย ศิริไสย์ รอ. กาญจ์ ฤทธิแผลง แทน NPA/TDA และ พ.อ ณรงฤทธิ สุวรรณบุปผา ผู้เชี่ยวชาญพิเศษปฏิบัติการทุ่นระเบิดด้านมนุษยธรรม ยังรับราชการที่ ศทช.) ได้เข้าร่วมปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่ของศูนย์ปฏิบัติการทุ่นระเบิดแห่งชาติชึ่งจัดขึ้นที่ Peace Operation Center ของกองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย ระหว่างวันที่ ๑๓ ถึง ๑๖ ธันวาคม ๒๕๕๔

ขออภัยสำหรับความไม่สะดวกในการติดต่อช่วงน้ำท่วมที่ผ่านมา
Sorry for an inconvenient communication over the past flooding period
สมาคมผู้เก็บกู้ทุ่นระเบิดพลเรือนไทยชึ่งตั้งอยู่ทางทิศตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของอนุสรณ์สถานแห่งชาติและสนามบินดอนเมืองเป็นหนึ่งในผู้ได้รับผลกระทบจากภัยน้ำท่วมที่ผ่านมา โดยน้ำได้เข้าท่วมตั้งแต่วันที่ ๒๒ ตุลาคม ๒๕๕๔ จนถึงวันที่ ๑๐ ธันวาคม ๒๕๕๔ ทำให้การติดต่อสื่อสารกับสมาคมฯ มีปัญหาขัดข้อง ดังนั้นสมาคมฯ จึงใคร่กราบขออภัยท่านผู้สนับสนุนกิจกรรมเพื่อมนุษยธรรมขอสมาคมฯ มา ณ โอกาสนี้
Thai Civilian Deminer Association (TDA), locating to the Northeast of the National Memorial and Don Muang International Airport, is one of the flooding victims. The huge amount of water had flooded TDA during 22nd October 2011 to 10th December 2011. The communication with TDA during that period was really inconvenient, and so TDA would like to take this opportunity to humbly apologize all philanthropic supporters of TDA’s humanitarian activities.

| TDA attended Seminar on Cluster Munitions |
สมาคมผู้เก็บกู้ทุ่นระเบิดพลเรือนไทยได้เข้าร่วมสัมมนาเรื่องระเบิดพวงและแนวทางการแก้ปัญหา ที่โรงแรมรอยัล ออร์คิด เชอราตัน กรุงเทพฯ ที่จัดโดยองค์กร NPA Thailand และกรมองค์การระหว่างประเทศ กระทรวงการต่างประเทศในวันที่ 18 สิงหาคม 2554 โดยการสนับสนุนของสถานเอกอัครราชทูตนอรเวย์ ออสเตรเลีย และสวิสเซอร์แลนด์ ชึ่งมีผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องจากหน่วยงานความมั่นคงของรัฐและทางทหารได้เข้าร่วม รวมถึงผู้แทนของชาติที่สนับสนุนกิจกรรมด้านมนุษยธรรมเพื่อแก้ปัญหาด้านระเบิดพวง เช่นเอกอัครราชทูตคัทญา โนร์ดโกร์ด เอกอัครราชทูตนอร์เวย์ประจำประเทศไทย เอกอัครราชทูตไซมอน ฟาร์เบนบลูม เอกอัครราชทูตออสเตรเลียประจำประเทศไทย นายฟลาวิโอ มิลาน Counselor สถานทูตสวิสเซอร์แลนด์ประจำประเทศไทย

| TDA donates used computer to disable persons |
สมาคมผู้เก็บกู้ทุ่นระเบิดพลเรือนไทยได้มอบคอมพิวเตอร์เก่าที่ใช้แล้วให้แก่สมาคมคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวสากลในวันที่ 31กรกฎาคม 2554 เพื่อนำไปแยกส่วนขายนำรายได้มาช่วยเหลือคนพิการ โครงการนี้ริเริ่มโดยนายกสมาคมคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวสากล พ.ต ศิริชัย ทรัพย์ศิริ ชึ่งเป็นคนพิการจากอุบัติเหตุทุ่นระเบิด
Thai Civilian Deminer Association (TDA) donated used computers to the Association of Persons with Physical Disability International (APDI) on 31st July 2011. The APDI will recycle each parts of all donated items (computers, monitors, and accessories), and sell some of them to obtain cash that will be used to help disable persons; the project initiated by the President of APDI Maj. Col. (RET) Sirichai Chapsiri who is the landmine victim suffering landmine accident that happened to him about 25 years ago.

สมาคมผู้เก็บกู้ทุ่นระเบิดพลเรือนไทยดูงานการปรับลดพื้นที่ทุ่นระเบิดของหน่วยปฏิบัติการทุ่นระเบิดเพื่อมนุษยธรรมที่ 2 และโครงการร่วมระหว่าง APOPO และ PRO ที่จังหวัดตราดที่จัดโดยศูนย์ปฏิบัติการทุ่นระเบิดแห่งชาติ ระหว่างวันที่ 20 ถึง 22 กรกฎาคม 2554 โดยมีผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องต่างๆ เข้าร่วมด้วย เช่นจากกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ กระทรวงการพัฒนาสังคมฯ หน่วยปฏิบัติการทุ่นระเบิดเพื่อมนุษยธรรม องค์การบริหารส่วนท้องถิ่น องค์กรเอกชนต่างๆ ที่ทำงานด้านนี้ และสื่อมวลชน เข้าร่วมเยี่ยมชมการปฏิบัติงานปรับลดพื้นที่อันตรายจากทุ่นระเบิดที่ ต. สะพานหิน อ.คลองใหญ่ จ. ตราด
Thai Civilian Deminer Association (TDA) joined the field trip to visit land release operation (the Reduction of Minefield Area) being executed by the Humanitarian Mine Action Unit 2 and the partnership project between APOPO and PRO. This trip was organized by Thailand Mine Action Center (TMAC) during 20th to 22nd July 2011 that about 50 representatives from related organizations such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Human Development and Social Security, Humanitarian Mine Action Unit(s), Local Administration Organization(s), NGO(s) in this field, and Medias, attended to visit field operation at Saphanhin sub-district, Khlongyai district, Trad province.

ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการทุ่นระเบิดแห่งชาตินำผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องต่างๆ เช่นจากกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ กระทรวงการพัฒนาสังคมฯ หน่วยปฏิบัติการทุ่นระเบิดเพื่อมนุษยธรรม องค์กรเอกชนต่างๆ ที่ทำงานด้านนี้ และสื่อมวลชน เยี่ยมชมการปฏิบัติงานปรับลดพื้นที่อันตรายจากทุ่นระเบิดโดย NPA และ TDA ที่วัดเขาแหลมบริเวณพื้นที่ชายแดนของ ต. แนงมุด อ. กาบเชิง จ. สุรินทร์ ในวันที่ 7 กรกฎาคม 2554
Thailand Mine Action Center (TMAC) took about 40 representatives from related organizations such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Human Development and Social Security, Humanitarian Mine Action Unit(s), NGO(s) in this field, and Medias, to visit field operation of the partnership project by NPA-TDA on 7th July 2011, at Khao Laem Forest temple, border area in the proximity of Naeng mud sub-district, Kharbcherg district, Surin province.
